    Organizational structure: There is a Board of Trustees which meets every month, and is the final decision-making Body. Then there is the Medical Director who is in charge of the day-to-day administration of the organization. Then there are Human Resource, Accounting, Programme Management, IT and Maintenance departments reporting to the Medical Director. Then there is what we call the General Assembly which is a body of volunteers numbering 76 persons, most of them professionals in various fields who pledge to be available when we need their services but whom we are not able to keep full-time at the moment.
