Board of Directors as the Head. A programme Director reports to the Board, while Programme Managers and Officers report to the Director. Members of the Board are elected every 2 years. Advertizement is made in the international media for applications and a team from members shortlists the most qualified after which the undergo interview to ascertain those who qualify most. |
