    Organizational structure: AFFAH is governed by the its constitution and the member of its five member board of trustees consisting of Chairman, Secretary, treasurer, and two other members. The Executive Director is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the foundation. Other organizational members are the program advisors,designers and directors. Most of the positions are occupied by volunteers.
    Number and type of members: 550 members consisting of volunteers, rural women, women associations and clubs, youth associations, University students, members of other civil society organizations, scholars and college professors.
