    Organizational structure: BOARD AND MANAGMENT Kenya Community Health Network is governed by Board of Six members who form the policy making organ. The Board is composed of members with the strategic inclusion of a technical team. The board oversees implementation of developed strategies for good performance comprising of the chairperson, Treasurer, Secretary The secretariat KCHN is run by a secretariat chaired by the organizations executive Director who is responsible for its operations. It provides strategic & technical leadership as well as management support including quality control and assurance within all areas of operations. Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) TAC develops and adopts ideas polished by the Board. The technical advisory committee is formed of the board and experts drawn from various fields relevant to our areas of concentration and who ensure state of the art thinking and applications are used and to assist with overall oversight and strategy implementation.
