Mission statement:	Global Advocates for Justice's mission is to broaden and deepen participation on the global to the local levels by poor and people of African descent in the global to the local movements for sustainability with justice. Global Advocate's mission is also to raise the consciousness of Afro-descendants as well as others for the need for sustainability with justice and of models of agricultural development that exemplify small, farmer based, agroecological methods of farming. Gloabl Advocates believes that person to person grassroots organizing and consituent participation from the local to the global levels is the best way of achieving just and sustainable development and works to go door to door in Afro-descendant communities around the world to involve people in the process of sustainable and sustainable development from the local to the global levels.

Organizational structure:	Board of Directors composed of a President, Secretary, and Treasurer and three other members run the organization. An Advisory Committee of four members advises the Board of Directors. There are two advocates for the organization who work directly with partner organizations around the world to educate and organize people about sustainable development models with justice.
