    Organizational structure: CODECA has a delegates conference the overall decision making body made of 50 delegates, the Board of Directors, a national secretariate and charpters in spread in 10 ranges of the country
    Number and type of members: CODECA’s Ordinary membership is made up of individual professionals who permanently reside in a sub county surrounding a natural resource in Uganda and is involved directly in any one of CODECA’s area of focus. So far CODECA has a Membership of 120 individual professionals. CODECA also has Honorary members and Associate Members
    Affiliation with NGO networks: Uganda Forest Working Group (UFWG), REDD Working Group (RWG), Development network of Voluntary Organisations (DENIVA), PanAfrican Climate Justice Alliance (PACJA)
