In the first step is the Leader. The leader mandate is 2 years. The Board vote for the leader. The leader will be voted by his own experience and the benefits that have given in the organization which means that the person who have the best experience will take most votes. The board is created since the organization established (2010) and from there leaves the only person who doesn't have the responsibility and jokes with the job. The assembly is also created since the organization established. The board has the control of the assembly. |

We have 150 members witch we divide in 4 groups. First group is "STAFF" that contains 7 people (different fields), second group is "SUPER ACTIVE" that contains 20 people, third group is "ACTIVE" that contains 50 people and the fourth group is "FELLOW TRAVELER" that contains the rest of the members. |
