    Organizational structure: The Institute is registered as a non-profit trust (no. IT 760/2004) and managed by a board of trustees. The Institute’s functions are carried out by the following members: ¿ the Director who is responsible for the overall running of the Institute; ¿ the General Manager who is responsible for the implementation of research and training projects and the coordination of the advisory function of the Institute; ¿ the Financial Manager who is responsible for the finances involved in the running of the Institute; ¿ the Administration/Training Officer who is responsible for the general administration of the Institute and coordinates training courses; and ¿ in the conducting of research and training projects, use is made of independent consultants and research assistants.
    Number and type of members: Two full time members, 1 part time member and several consultants.
