Organizational structure: |
ZUPA is led by a National assembly Council comprising of a President and Secretary General elected by all members, and five other officers each elected by and from the five devolved Provinces of Mashonaland (National Representative for Women), Matabeleland (Vice President), Masvingo (Youth Representative), Manicaland (Representative for People Living with Disability) and Midlands (Deputy Secretary General).
The NAC supervises 5 Provincial Councils (PACs) each elected by ward councils within the Provinces. The PAC has following elected officers:

2. Secretary
3. Organiser
4. Representative for Women
5. Representative for People living with Disability
6. Representative for Youth.
Each ward within a Province is led by a ward council elected by unemployed members people in the ward comprising:
1. Chairperson
2. Secretary
3. Organiser
4. Representative for Women
5. Representative for People Living with Disability
6. Representative for Youth.
The NAC and the PACs are each supported in their work by secretariats.
The NAC has the following Directors in the Secretariat:

3. Director of Business Engagement
4. Director of Projects and Programmes
5. Director of Strategy
6. Director of Placements
7. Director of Training and Human Resources
8. Director of Administration

The first 10 are duplicated at provincial level.
All the structures are supported by a Retired Members' Council, comprised of elected pensioners who act as the Advisory Committee of ZUPA, as the Disciplinary Committee and supervise elections. |
