ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE
The HUHESO-FOUNDATION shall consist of the following:-
The Annual General Meeting.
The Board of Director.
Management team.
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors shall consist of the Chairperson, Executive secretary and a treasurer.
The Board of Directors shall be elected by simple majority vote of Founder Members from Annual General Meeting.
The term of service for the board of Directors shall be two (2) years with possible re-nomination at the end of the term.
The Board shall consist not less than ten (10) Members.
MANAGEMENT TEAM
The Management team shall consist of the personnel that shall deal with day-to-day activity of the HUHESO-FOUNDATION. The management team shall have the Program Manager, Program Coordinator, Accountant Manager, Heads of Departments and Secretary. |

Now Huheso Foundationhave more tha 1000 members here in Kahama district.
The first members are all vulnerable children we have in the Organization who are supporting them, Disadvantage group who are we care them,Staff members, different Leaders in our Community and member of Parliament and District Council Leaders.
Ordinary Membership, which will be open to both individual and organization with the same interest as, states in articles 3 of this constitution.
Honorary Membership – the annual or special general meeting will elect an honorary member. |
