    Organizational structure: The Members of Global Sustainable Electricity Partnership are among the leading electricity companies of the world. The Global Sustainable Electricity Partnership is governed by a Board of Directors which is elected every year. The Board is assisted by a Management Committee which is assisted by a Policy Committee and a Project Committee. The three officers of the Corporation are an Executive Director, a Secretary and a Treasurer.
    Number and type of members: There are 12 members, leading electricity companies from the world: American Electric Power and Duke Energy Corporation from United States, Hydro-Quebec from Canada, Electricite de France from France, Eletrobras from Brazil, Enel from Italy, Eskom from South Africa, RWE AG from Germany, Tokyo Electric Power, Inc. and Kansai Electric Power, Inc. from Japan, State Grid Corporation of China from China, and Jsc "RusHydro" from Russia
