IDESAM is managed by an independent board, composed of individuals from civil society who have an interest and relationship with the Amazon and participate voluntarily in IDESAM’s administration. We have three councils: director, consultive and financial. |

IDESAM’s staff work in the coordination and execution of projects, research and scientific studies aimed at the conservation and sustainable development of the Amazon region. Currently, we have 23 permanent staff from a variety of backgrounds: biology, forest engineering, environmental management, etc. |
