    Organizational structure: The Executive Director with assistance of all Project Officers implements the day-to-day planned activities. The organizational governance system of the group is: - General Assembly: all founder, joined and supporter members. Met once one year; - Board of Advisers is composed by 5 board members, all volunteers; - The Executive Director cum Chairperson working voluntary and is assisted by the following paid staff, Programme Officer, Secretary, Treasurer and Logistic officer; - The Management Staff is a technical team of the implementation of all projects’ activities of the organization. The 5 members of the management staff are volunteers
    Number and type of members: Membership to ACOT is open to various associated groups served by ACOT including individual, honorary members, staff and founder members. By January 2012, ACOT had 50 members and 460 beneficiaries: 56 school girls and boys orphans
