Mission statement:	The OPSI Project has as main objective the encouragement of an open discussion about many issues as environment, women, humanitarism, intelectual rights property, and others, aims to promote and disseminate experiences of social control in inter-governmental or multilateral organizations. Its main function is to estimulate discussion and critical reflection on the theme and support directly or indirectly the various social spheres in the preparation of plans / programs / actions mainly focused on the development of social control in these organizations, working to promote study activities, training and dissemination to academics, nongovernmental organizations and leaders of social movements, forums and civil society organizations on the subject.
