    Number and type of members: 1.The organization shall be organized into a 4 Tier Hierarchical structure: the Board of Directors, the Management Team (office/secretariat staff), the Council of Patrons, and the Members. 2.The headquarters staff shall be made up of : The Executive Director (Member- Board of Directors) The Deputy Director The General Manager The Secretary General (Member-Board of Directors) The Administrative Secretary The Accountant The Programmes Manager The Project Co-ordinator The Front Desk Officer And any other staff as may be required. (Eg. Organizing Secretary, Youth organizer, Public Relation Officer, etc) 5.Committees shall be formed within the members. These shall be: The disciplinary and welfare committee The health and environment committee The development and income generation committee The advocacy, research and policy committee.
