(from constitution) chapt 8.1
The Management Committee - a new Management Committee shall be elected at each succeeding Annual General Meeting.
Management Committee members shall be members of the Association.
8.1.3 Composition
8.1.3.1 The Management Committee shall comprise at least 2 but not more than 10 members. The membership of the Management Committee shall comprise:
1. the Chairperson;
2. the Vice-Chairperson;(optional)
3. the Treasurer ;
4. the Secretary; (optional)
5. The public relation. (optional)
6. to 10 co-opt The Management Committee may co-opt up to 5 additional non-voting members as it may consider appropriate from time to time. The co-opted members shall serve for such period as the Management Committee considers appropriate. |
