    Organizational structure: Association structure present different bodies: Assembly( constituted by Cospe associates); board of directors( with ordinary and special administrative rule, it elects President, General Secretary and Vice); President( represents politically the organisation); Auditors Board( controls accounting). Organisation structure has different functions. The General Secretariat has legal responsibility and engages in ordinary administration. For general coordination General Secretariat works with the Technical Direction, composed by the directive group of the organisation( Administrative director, Project office director, fund raising and communication office director). Projects office include 9 organizational areas, geographically distinguished for foreign activities and thematically for activities in Italy( Africa Sub-saharian Area, Asia, Mediterranean and South-Est Europe, Latin America, Interculturalism and Rights of Infants and Adolescents, Development Education, Promotion of the Rights of citizenship, Training). Areas are coordinated by Areas chiefs. The Administrative Office is involved in the administrative and economic management of projects and of others association activities. Fund raising and communication office is responsible for communication actions, events organisation, and management of private citizens’ funds.
