    Year established:
    Year of registration: 2009
Organizational structure: KMIF is incorporated under the laws of the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria as a company limited by the guarantees of the subscribers. To reinforce the commitment to accelerated human development engineering, evolve a holistic socialization process, create a sustainable entrepreneurial culture and develop a community transformation strategy, KMIF would adopt a relatively flat organizational structure, without cumbersome hierarchical layers for a sound and dynamic management. The hierarchy at KMIF peaks at the Board of Directors, which will be made up of highly knowledgeable and articulated persons of eminence and diversified profile. The Chairman and board members will direct the affairs of KMIF along desired growth path and set the overall policy framework for the actualization of its strategic objectives.
Number and type of members: KMIF is a grass-root based and oriented organization with fundamental commitment to sustainable human development, International friendliness and World Peace. The promoters and coordinators of this all-time monumental venture are people of goodwill, veritable intellectual disposition and of various professional callings and repute. Together they share developed mind, energy and vigor, including the inspiration and commitment to pursue and realize this research and critical mission which the initiative stands for. They are men and women from all walks of life, religion, peoples, and nationalities who are living witnesses to the sufferings of people and the decadent social structures that perpetuate these anomalies. These promoters are willing to respond in public and in private works. They are willing to provide ideas, time and resources to tackle the monstrous but surmountable challenges posed by these needs. They share value, imagination, faith, and a unique understanding of the human spirit. They are compassionate people willing to bring about a just community and a better world for everyone.
