    Organizational structure: Management Board - Consists of the Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer. The main functions of the board are policy and programmes development, political leadership and fundraising.     Number and type of members: Corporate Membership: Open to civil society organizations such as NGOs, CBOs, ROs and research institutes among others which share SUSWATCH vision/ideals and which work in the areas of environmental education, governance and social policy that promotes environmental sustainability. Currently 30 in number Associate Membership:Open to individuals who are doing research, civic and advocacy work in SUSWATCHs’ core areas of business/programs and identify with the goals of the National Chapter. Currently 10 in number
