    Organizational structure: The organisation is composed of the secretariat, board of director and General assembly. The secretariat composed of four full time staff and over 20 volunteers is in charge of the day to day running of the organisation. The secretariat has a Project Unit, Documentation and Research Unit and the administration Unit. The Board of directors supervises the work of the secretariat and is composed of five individuals. The General assembly which convenes once every year is responsible for voting in new policy and key strategic decisions
