Organizational structure: |
RECOR has three main organs of decision making: The general assembly, Executive Committee (board of governors) and Executive secretariat. The general assembly composed of 15 members meets once a year, the Executive committee composed of 7 members meets once a month and any time when needs arise, it is the organ which supervise the whole planning and shape strategies of the organization and the executive secretariat coordinates the day to day activities of the organization. The Executive Secretariat is composed of technical staff and support staff, RECOR has 8 staff both technical and support staff. But the staffing is not limited to the filled structure, we have other vacant post to be filled as needs arises. |
