Organizational structure: |
CWY has a 13-strong Board of Directors (volunteer members) that has a Chair, a Vice-Chair and a Treasurer. We have the following committees: Executive, Finance and Audit, Programs and Strategic Partnerships, Fundraising, HR, Alumni, and Nominating. In total, CWY has 48 full-time and 33 part-time paid staff, as well as 1,000 volunteer program participants each year. |

Canada World Youth has paid staff members and unpaid interns, the Board of Directors and 34,000 alumni (youth who have participated in our programs since our inception in 1971). However, we do not have official membership. |
