PLHIV are composing the majority of friends of life board, about 77%, head of board is a living with HIV WOMAN, as gender is highly considered!
PLHIV represent 90% of staff, so it is really an NGO for and led by PLHIV. most of staff are well-trained to be qualified to occupy such a possition. |

we serve about 500 PLHIV all over Egypt,most of them are members at the genral assemply, moreover as mentioned before, board is composed of 11 members, 77% are PLHIV,other members are UN agensies, doctors and representatives of other civil society NGOs, and staff is composed of 10 persons, |
