    Organizational structure: The institute is a registered charity with two layers of governance,an operating board of Trustees in NZ, and an international board the Hillary Summit. Its patron is Helen Clark (Administrator, UNDP. A small executive team based in NZ and LA is responsible for its global leaders search programme.
    Number and type of members: The NZ Board has seven Trustees from across the business, political and ngo communities. The Hillary Summit's eight governors come from four continents and range from the global CEO of Saatchis, Kevin Roberts, to the Sec Gen of the IOD in the UK, Simon Walker to the Chair of the IPCC, Dr Rajendra Pachauri.
