    Year of registration: 2003
    Organizational structure: At the top is the Annual General meeting of all the registered members. These elect the Board of directors who supervise the secretariat. Te secretariat is headed by the Executive Director, Programme officer, Assistant programme officers, Accountant and office Administrator. The organization is supplemented by Parish supervisors and a team of community volunteers based at the community level.
    Number and type of members: The annual general meeting consists of 30 fully paid up and registered members of the programme who elect a Board of 9 members putting in place gender consideration of 1/3 positions being taken up by women.
