    Organizational structure: FYI mobilizes brood of orphans, destitute, street personalities, prostitutes, orphans, displaced youths, ex-convicts, school drop-outs referred to as “NO FUTURE AMBITION” (NFA) and create a future for them by making use of various organized programs within its scheme. We offer varieties training to various apprentices to acquire entrepreneurial skills in the area of Confectionery Information Communication and Technology (ICT) Fashion and Style MDGs/NEEDS advocacy program. Beauty Salon In the long term, we also wish to establish schools with boarding facilities, where we intend to compliment the Universal Basic Education's (UBE) effort in eradicating illiteracy and to keep children of school’s age off the streets, which will solve Child trafficking Child labor And other child related abuses. All our programs are intended to be offered freely to vulnerable youths in the society, that is to say, from the day each apprentice steps into our Organization for training to the day we shall send them forth, they shall not spend a dime on anything. Theses Free of Charge (FoC) programs are offered to vulnerable youths that may be use as tools to cause mayhem and chaos in the society, mostly youths that are unable to fund themselves. These FoC programs are in two categories, which are: CERTIFICATE PROGRAM: This program is offered to youths of all spheres of life that may want to acquire training in chosen field. We offer these people this service free and a token or discounted amount is paid for the course intended to study. This certificate is discounted to those interested through the funds gotten from our amiable sponsors and last usually from three (3) to six (6) months. At the end of the training, a certificate is issued to participants based on the course of study. EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM: This program is offered only to vulnerable youths without gender inequality, religious affiliation, or ethnic sentiments. We ascertain that such prospective individual is truly vulnerable and have no means of livelihood, and he/she is sincere about picking up manual job to create wealth for sustainable source of livelihood. This program begins with orientation of prospective individual in the first week into what we are all about, followed by the training. Here all expenses are paid by FYI which include, transportation, twice feeding, writing materials, hats and vests. This usually last for three (3) months, six (6) months to one (1) year depending on the length of course. FYI is seeking partnership from individuals, corporate bodies and other establishments with commitment to educate, enlighten and empower youths. Whatever contribution rendered will surely make a difference.
    Number and type of members: Over sixteen active members, Confectionery, Fashion design, Beauty salon, MDGs/NEEDS and Computer (ICT) facilitators. There are other members of committee such as Drama, Education, Entertainment, Agriculture and Media
