    Number and type of members: HLH staff are professionals mostly from Somali diaspora, and dedicated local staff. HLH throughout years of experience had formed a network of volunteers for social development projects, and HLH has strong relationship with line ministries, local authority, community leaders, IDP doorkeepers and society respected clerics.
    Affiliation with NGO networks: HLH partners are ADF, UNICEF, USAID,CARITAS, EDC, SILETECH, ILO-YEN. the organization is part of community of practices specialized conducting rigorous M&E and Impact evaluation.
