    Organizational structure: STRUCTURE ULWEN is headed by a management board, which consists of seven members who are women run by the Executive Director and staff. There are also advisory boards for projects. These boards consists of directors or leaders of various organizations mostly women organizations that will network partners in the implementation of the project. By operation ULWEN is a networking organization. It implements its programs by collaborating with women headed community based organizations, women groups, other non-governmental organizations, institutions and Governmental organizations operating in the program area .
