    Organizational structure: The General is the supreme organ of the organization.It comprises all members of RIDF and it exercise its powers through the elected members of the Board of directors. The Board of directors is the Governing body of RIDF It constitutes of seven (7) members who serve for a three (3) year-term, and are eligible for re-election. Management The Board of directors are responsible for recruiting officers and any other workers when the need arises and depending on the financial situation of the organization. The Executive director and Deputy Executive director plus the following line officers (Heads of Departments) manage the affairs of the organization as laid down in their respective duties, of our Constitution: The Administrator, Information Director, Finance Director, Programmes Director and the Regional Director. Under the Administrator, we have the Human resource , Procurement manager and the Registrar General, under the Information Director , we have the Research manager, under the Programmes Director we have the Training Manager,under the Finance Director we have the Auditor General and under the Regional Director, we the Regional Co-coordinators ( Eastern, Western, Northern,and southern).
    Number and type of members: Membership of RIDF is open to individuals, groups, organizations, institutions interested in sharing information on ICT related services. Every member of the organization is subject to the provisions of these Articles in relation to his or her membership and is deemed to have consented thereto upon or prior to becoming a member. Every member provides his/her full contact address, including the physical location, email and phone contacts where applicable. RIDF has four (4) types of membership: Founder Membership The founder members are the one who formed the Committee that handled the process of registering the organization. They are life members of the organization, and have the right to vote and election,RIDF has three (3) founder members. Target membership All people between the ages of 14-35 years provided that they accept to pay Membership and Annual subscription fees. Currently RIDF has 80 members who fall under this category. Associate Membership Persons/Organizations, e.t.c. who support the Missions and Objectives of the organization. These pay membership and annual subscription fees which was determined by the Board of directors. Honorary Membership These are members who do exemplary contributions towards the organization. The Board of directors select at least two (2) members every year and present them to the General Assembly for the award.
