    Organizational structure: ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE The management structure of Umsimisi Community Project is as follows: • Executive Director • Programs Director • Financial Administrator • Field Training Officer • Front-line Officer/Receptionist • Community Based Theatre Groups/Community . Based Volunteers
    Number and type of members: The organization currently has eighty community based theatre groups trained by Umsimisi Community Project. These are the groups that the organization work with in its community mobilization/outreach initiatives where theatre is used to trigger people's minds on subject at hand for discussions during community dialogues. They also continue with community sensitization programs in their respective community meetings or gatherings. Amongst the groups, some of the individuals have received trainings to represent the organization in their regions as the extension officers. When ever the organization is running a campaign, they get the first priority to be part of the campaign staff.
