    Organizational structure: The structure of GPD is stated here under; 1. Board of Trustees : It is comprise of four trustee members ( two males and two females) 2. GPD Management: This comprise of six persons;three females and three male.The positions include; Executive Director; 1 State Coordinator; Programme Coordinator, Conflict Management and Peacebuilding;Programme Coordinator, Democracy and Governance; Programme Coordinator, Sustainable Development Planning and Management; and Accountant.
    Number and type of members: GPD Has a total of 14 members when the organization was formed. But, Four of the members are the Trustee of the organization.
    Affiliation with NGO networks: Nigerian Network of NGOs (NNNGO), World Association of NGOs (WANGO)
