    Organizational structure: EKAF (Formerly Rural Environment Protectors) has a constitution which guides its operations, an Advisory Board of seasoned professionals and experts to direct the affairs and program implementation initiative in consonance with the statutory policies and development needs. The Chief Executive is the Program Director, he/she designs and direct the running of the organization, collaborates and develops partnership programs with external agencies, institutions, stakeholders and communities; and manages the general functioning of the organization. The Field Operation Department (FOD) implements designed and approved programs/projects. The organization also has a network of volunteers and general services department who participate in the implementation and execution of programs at the rural and national levels. The Research, Education and Publication department documents the general program of the organization.
