    Organizational structure: Governed by a Board of Directors who are also Trustees of the Foundation. The Secretariat is headed by the Executive Director, who is also the secretary to the Board. The organization has a Programmes Manager reporting to the Executive Director, Programme Coordinators for Health and Education Programmes reporting to the Programmes manager and a Finance and Administration Manager reporting to the Executive Director.
    Number and type of members: Nine Board of Directors/Trustees with diverse expertise in Education, Health, Finance, Corporate and Public sectors, Law, civil society and programmes management.
    Affiliation with NGO networks: An associate member of the East Africa Association of Grantmakers
