    Organizational structure: Article 7: STRUCTURE The structure of Horizon will be composed of the following organs: 7.1 General Assembly 7.1.1 The GA is the highest organ of the organizational structure. 7.1.2 The general assembly is the members of the founders resided in and outside the country of Somaliland. 7.1.3 The purpose of the GA is to be a forum for guiding Horizon –LNGO. 7.1.4 The GA members are the founders of Horizon-Lngo those who dedicated their time and efforts as the organization become famous in Somaliland and other countries in the world especially the horn. The GA members are those who adopted and followed fully the rules and regulation of the organizations and survived the long route of evaluation through which Horizon-Lngo has passed, and they are the contributors to the organizational development strategies. 7.1.5 The founder members of the organization should respect a disciplinary code of conduct. 4 The responsibilities of the GA are a. Electing the leadership of the organization. (The BOD and the executive director) b. Approving the Constitutution, organizational values and the organizational policies and procedures. c. The members of the general assembly (GA) meet once a year, or when 2/3 of the members request an extraordinary meeting. d. On the marked day for general assembly meeting 1st January of each year, if a member of the GA is away for organization purpose the G. assembly date will be extended for maximum 40 days. 5 cessation of the GA membership is by: Dismissal by the majority of founder members for the following reasons: a. Not obeying membership policy, including threatening the Organization’s existence. b. Death. c. Fraud/theft d. Resignation. e. Threatening the dignity of the other members and the organization. f. Corruption.
    Number and type of members: The Number of the members are 9 of the organization founders whose are divided into diffirerent catogories of works and duties such as; 1 General Assembly, 2 BOD Members 3 Executive Director 4 and the other adminstration works.
