The mission is to transform the mentality of people for their behavior change of to reach the lasting development in view of their improvement of their living conditions and to live in peace one another. This comes of our believe that the unit and the reconciliation as well as the development in a country as Rwanda will be possible when people will have understood what it is the democracy and respect the rights of the other and also capable to express their ideas without any kind of pressure.
Our vision is to improve the living conditions of the Rwandan people especially the vulnerable groups and the voiceless
The association has as aim of:
¿To promote the culture of the peace encouraging the Rwandan people to reinforce the unit, reconciliation and the respect of the rights or their colleagues
¿ To help the Rwandans to reach the sustainable development while particularly sustaining the vulnerable groups as the orphans and the widows while encouraging them to create job themselves in view of improvement of their life conditions. |

The bodies of the Association are the General assembly, The executive committee and the Audit office
The general assembly is the supreme organ of the Association. It is composed of all members of he Association .
The General meeting is convened and chaired by the President of the Executive Committee; or by the first Vice-president in the event of his absence. When these two first are prevented or failing, it is convened and chaired by the Second Vice-president.
In case of obstacle of the three the assembly is convened by 1/3 of members.
In this case, the participants choose the President of the meeting and the reporter.
They debate only the question registered on the agenda.
The General assembly meets once in ordinary session per annum. The invitations containing the agenda are given to the members at least 30 days before the meeting
The General assembly sits and deliberates validly when 2/3 effective members are present.
If this quorum is not reached, a new convocation is launched within 15 day. In this term, the General meeting sits and deliberates validly whatever the number of the participants
The extraordinary General asse-mbly takes place as many times as of need. The methods of its convocation and its presidency are the same ones as those of the ordinary General assembly.
The time of its convocation are fixed at 15 days.
The debates can relate only to the registered question on the agenda of the invitation. |
