    Organizational structure: RWN is headed by the Board of Directors, however day to day functions are headed by the Director.The Human Resource manager oversees all staff employed by RWN; the Programs Manager follows up on programs implemented by RWN project officers; the Finance Manager takes care of all financial systems of the organisation.
