    Organizational structure: The Association has divided its leadership structure units into two main units within the Association with the main grievance of achieving meaningful management plans as: A: Administration Unit The unit comprises of chairman, Secretary and treasurer will their assistants. Their main obligation is to steer growth development of the Association to help in realization of meaning growth. B: Implementation Unit Implementation unit is entitled to take the responsibility of implementing programs effective hence adding value in efficient management. The implementing unit comprises of financial Analyst development officers and Advocator who shall carry monitoring and evaluation of the Association plans.
