Art for Humanity is under the direction of an Executive Director, who in turn reports to the Chairperson of AfH.
As a non-profit organization registered with the South African government, AfH is held to high standards of governance and accountability. AfH is governed by a committee made up a director and volunteer project management committees that are responsible for planning the strategic growth and implementing the objectives and projects of the organisation. The annual financial statements of the organisation are audited by an approved accounting firm.
