ARWG ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE Decision making structure: ARWG consists of a Board of Directors which considers the gender dimension and the socio-economic strata that permeates Liberia Societies. The Board consists of seven (7) members comprising five (5) females and two (2) males. The Chairperson of the Board of Directors is a female Cllr-at-Law and the Co-Chairperson is a male Attorney-at-Law. Below the Board is a management team headed by the Executive Director who is a female and an aspiring Attorney-at-Law and other senior Officers. Management and technical capacity: ARWG’s structure comprises a national coordination office headed by the Executive director and a core of other professional staff i.e: Technical Staff: o Programme Manager o Administrative/Finance Officer o Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist o Communication Officer o Programme Officers o Monitoring and Evaluation Officer Support Staff: o Programme Assistants o Administrative Assistant o Office Attendant/Receptionist o Driver |
