    Organizational structure: Impact Generation is composed of two Board of Advisors, six staff positions, ten working Group and Volunteers. The Board of Advisors is on the top of the hierarchy. The Advisors are two highly competent and experience man and woman in the community. The woman is a nurse by profession and has also worked as the Project Director of 31st December Women’s Movement, a well recognized women’s organization for over ten years. The man is a Senior Lecturer and the Head of Sociology Department at the University of Ghana. Their role is to give advice, recommend and give any other assistance that will help in the growth of the organization. Under the Board of Advisors are the staffs. The staff positions are the Director, Secretary, Accountant, Project Coordinator, Communications Coordinator and Youth Coordinator. The Director falls directly under the Board of Advisors whilst the other positions fall under the Director on the same level. The Communications Coordinator however acts in the absence of the Director. Under the staff positions is the Working Group which is made up of ten members. The working Group members are volunteers that are selected one a yearly contract bases by the organization. This is a form of leadership position where the members are involved in projects and sometimes trained to head projects. They work directly with the staff and represent the organization during some meetings and events. The last in the hierarchy are volunteers who help out on projects. The number of volunteers selected differs based on projects and activities being undertaken by the organization at a time.
    Number and type of members: Impact Generation has six staffs, ten Working Group members and currently five volunteers making a total of twenty one.Number of volunteers differ based on projects being undertaken.
