    Organizational structure: Initiated by an association of young national frameworks which, having developed an experience programmes / projects such as: the concept of right of women and of the child, the environment, gender and recent democratic governance, has decided to put at the service of the poorest layers for sustainable social development. The NGO is composed of thirteen (13) members in good standing with the statutes and rules of procedure of the structure. SIA bodies are: the General Assembly, the Board of Directors, and the Executive branch. -1 General meeting (AG): The General Assembly is the guidance and control of the activities of the NGOs. She meets law once a year. -2 The Council of Administration (CA): The Board of Directors is composed of five (5) members elected by the General Assembly for a term of three (3) years renewable. It is the body responsible for approving the reports of the Executive Directorate. He recruits the Executive Director. -3 The Executive Directorate: It is the technical body responsible for implementing the day-to-day activities of the NGO. It is led by an Executive Director, supported in its tasks by a technical support structure composed of managers of the NGO. -4 Resources of the NGO: The NGO funds come from membership fees, monthly contributions, gifts, grants and bequests, sales of membership card, and the provision of services.
