Mission statement:	DOM as a mercy ministry is a Christian charity organisation which seeks to challenge, affect and provide an holistic approach to the need of mankind especially children, women and physically disable, we bring solutions to spiritual, financial, social and relational challenges confronting our generation through God's grace with humanitarian aids and developmental services across the globe. Delightsome oaks mission projects are according to the word of God in the Bible "for I was an hungered, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger and ye took me in: Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me" Mathew 25:35-36. Each project is aimed at addressing the root cause of the problems facing the today global man, most especially the children and women. The Mission is a voluntary Non-governmental organization (NGO) and non profit making.

Organizational structure:	1.Membership of the Mission shall be open to every individual regardless of his/her ethic group, race, place of birth, sex, social or economic status, provided that he/she: a)Is not below 18 years. b)Accepts the principles, aims and objectives of the Mission and its fundamental values, policies and programmers. c)Agrees to abide by, subscribe to, and be bound by the Mission's constitution.. 2.There shall be two classes or membership, namely individual membership and corporate membership. 3.The secretary shall keep a register of members and enter the names, address and other relevant information of all members.
