The organization is coordinated by a team of Somali professionals based mainly in the Diaspora who are passionate to give back to their Somali community. It has a well established and responsible board of directors. The day-to-day management of the affairs of the organization is charged with experienced and highly motivated field staff. It has presence in the field. The organization has also a donor liaison office in Nairobi that serves as its command office in charge of fundraising.
The organization has a strong capacity and conducts its affairs and interventions in a professional, responsible manner using highly skilled and competent staffs that come from the local communities. |
