    Organizational structure: Association française (loi 1901)avec un conseil d'administration: président et vice-président, secrétaire générale, trésorier. Le conseil d'administration se réunit au moins deux fois par année et peut se réunir plus fréquemment, au cas de besoin ou sur demande du quart de ses membres. Le directeur exécutif et la directrice des communications rendent compte au conseil d'administration et y assistent qu'avec une voix consultative. L'assemblée générale comprend tous les membres de l'association et se réunit une fois par année. Au cas de besoin ou sur demande de la moitié plus un membre de l'association, le président peut convoquer une assemblée générale extraordinaire.
