The Secretariat is based in Toronto, Canada, where the Operations and Program Directors are based. Project directors are based in India, Ethiopia and South Africa. The founder/director works from Washington, D.C. associates are located in a number of other countries. |

Gender at Work is not a membership organization, per se. We have 20 associates around the world and a 5-person/international Board of Directors. We have worked with more than 100 organizations over the past 10 years and are building our associate and partnership base. |
