    Organizational structure: DRC is an umbrella organisation consisting of more than 30 members broadly representing civil society organisations in Denmark committed to the refugee cause. Some of the member organisations are operational in international emergency and development work, while others are not. Membership of the DRC is open to non-party-political, voluntary, nationwide humanitarian and international organisations that work on a democratic basis, and whose aims conform to those of the DRC. The Council The supreme authority of DRC is the Council, which consists of up to three representatives of each member organisation and a total of six representatives of the voluntary groups for refugees that have concluded a co-operation agreement with DRC. The ordinary Council meeting is held once every year before the end of the second quarter. The Executive Committee DRC is headed by an Executive Committee consisting of one Chairman and six members elected by the Council. The members are: Stig Glent-Madsen, Chairman Bent Nicolajsen Bent Lexner Birgit Buddegård Peter Kellermann Brandorff Jan Østergaard Bertelsen Hans-Henrik Lund The Secretary General In cooperation with the senior management of the Danish Refugee Council the Secretary general, Andreas Kamm, is the daily leader of the organisation. Senior management consists of Head of Resources & Development, Anders Maegaard Head of Integration department, Anette Christoffersen Head of International department, Ann Mary Olsen Head of Protection & Repatriation, Eva Singer
