Organizational structure: |
FSD's organizational structure includes a home office lead by an Executive Director in San Francisco, supported by five officers and a few contractors. Governance is conducted through a 15-member Board of Directors. International staff comprise a Program Director who is a country national at each of our ten international sites. The Program Director is supported by program coordinators. The total staff size currently is 36. |

FSD supports over 300 community-based partners at our ten sites, and provides technical and funding support for over 240 projects annually. We also educate over 300 student and professional volunteers in our strengths-based, participatory approach to economically, culturally and environmentally sustainable development |
