    Organizational structure: NEW Foundation has a Board of trustees as the highest policy making body, and a 7 member technical committee that provide technical inputs to organisation projects and programs.The Executive Director is responsible for the day - to - day activities of the organisation and is supported by management team, support staff and volunteers.
    Number and type of members: NEW Foundation has an 8 member Board of Trustees democratically elected and 7 member management team and over 1000 community volunteers.
    Affiliation with NGO networks: GEF/CSO Network; Water Supply and Sanitation Collaborative Council (WSSCC). Also, a member of the Civil Society network on AIDS, Malaria and Tuberculosis (ATM).
