The executive body of the Partnership is a collective executive body – Presidium of the Partnership elected at the General Meeting of the Organization Members for 5 years. The quantitative and staff composition of the Presidium shall be determined by the General Meeting of the Partnership Members, but can be not less than 3 persons. The Presidium powers may be early terminated by decision of the General Meeting made unanimously by all persons present at the General Meeting of the Partnership Members. In such case the General Meeting shall elect the Presidium of the Partnership in the new composition The President directs the work of the Presidium, represents partnership in all public authorities, at official events and: – act without any Power of Attorney on behalf of the Presidium of the Partnership; – sign documents on behalf of the Presidium of the Partnership; – represent the Partnership in any governmental authorities, organizations on behalf of the Presidium of the Partnership; – conduct any negotiations on behalf of the Presidium of the Partnership; – manage work of the Presidium, including convocation of the Presidium meeting; – represent the Presidium to the General Meeting of the Partnership Members and other bodies of the Partnership; – represent the Partnership at official events; – fulfill the powers of the Presidium according to the decision of the Presidium on delegation of its powers to the President of the Presidium; – convene meetings of the General Meeting of the Partnership Members and Presidium of the Partnership and take the chair at such Meetings, keep the Minutes; – fulfill other powers provided by these Articles of Association. |
