Mission statement:	GDM is a World Global International Umbrella Organization in Human Disability Rights Area, with the purpose of empowerment and institutional strengthening of governments, non governmental disability and social organizations, which are actively, involved in making social development institutional efforts, powerful and sustainable aiming at creating an inclusive and democratic society based on overall development. Because of the social justice and equality this organization is hereby issued by obtaining approval from the World Acquis on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. GDM plays central role for empowering the World Leaders with leading position in Human Disability Rights Area. The pursuit of human disability rights was a central reason for creating the GDM. Discriminatory practices and genocide led to a ready consensus that the organization works to prevent any such practices in the future. GDM helps to develop models to facilitate the conservation and sustainable use of Disability World Heritage Good Practices together with the private sector, individuals, governments, and local communities. PRIORITIES It advocates for the World Human Disability Rights’ Acts and a platform for connecting people, ideas and resources to help solve global problems. It helps the International Communities and Governments to take their best work and ideas to scale - through World Forum, World Award, advocacy, partnerships, constituency building and fundraising. HUMAN DISABILITY RIGHTS One of our great achievements is the creation of a comprehensive body of Human Disability Rights’ Law — an universal and internationally protected code to which all nations can subscribe and to which all people can aspire. Not only has the GDM painstakingly defined a broad range of internationally accepted rights; it has also established mechanisms with which to promote these rights and to assist governments in carrying out their responsibilities. HUMAN DISABILITY RIGHTS ACTION Rehabilitation campaigns have informed the world’s public of their inalienable rights, training programs and technical advice. The machinery to monitor compliance with human disability rights’ treaties has acquired a remarkable cohesiveness and weight among different states. INTERNATIONAL LAW The lobbying and development of international law: agreements, treaties and standards play a central role in promoting disability development. Many of the treaties should form the basis of the Disability law that governs Our mission reflects on the multitude of ways in which the GDM touches the lives of people everywhere. It reviews the work of the Organization in such areas as: human rights, humanitarian assistance, social development, and international law – Acquis Communautaire. DISABILITY AREA WITH ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT GDM is focused to "promote higher standards of living, integrated employment, and conditions of economic and social progress and development". GDM development efforts profoundly affected lives and well-being of millions of people throughout the world. The International debate on Human Disability Rights, economic and social issues has increasingly reflected the commonality of interests between rich and poor countries in solving the many problems that transcend national boundaries. Issues such as disability populations, needy groups, vulnerable communities are seen as global problems requiring coordinated action. The impact of persistent poverty and unemployment in one region can be quickly felt in others, not least through migration, social disruption and conflict. Similarly, in the age of a global economy, financial instability in one country is immediately felt in the markets of others.

Organizational structure:	The general assembly of Global Disability Movement shall be held once every 5 years. The general assembly, in addition to the task as referred to in sections 10 and 11, shall conduct the election of new central committee and amend, as per necessity, the statute. • The officials and members of the central committee, 3 persons (a women compulsorily) selected from each regional and national committee, and a representative selected from each district branch, contact center and ad-hoc committee and affiliated members shall represent the general assembly.
